Profile 2: Customer Support (Ecommerce Voice) Fresher
Graduate / Undergraduate Fresher
Salary: 15,000 In-Hand + One-Way Cab + 1,400 Travel Allowance
Shift: Rotational
Working: 5 Days | 2 Rotational Offs
Location: New Town, Kolkata
Profile 3: Customer Support (Travel Voice) Fresher
Graduate / Undergraduate Fresher
Salary: 20,000 to 23,000 In-Hand + One-Way Cab + 1,400 Travel Allowance

Profile 4: Customer Support (International Travel Voice) Experienced

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through Voice / Non-Voice channels and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
Understand customer concerns through effective listening/probing and provide appropriate support.
Assist customers with product, service, order or travel-related queries depending on the assigned process.
Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
Record customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
Follow defined quality, productivity, SLA and process guidelines.
Escalate unresolved or critical customer concerns to the appropriate team when required.
