Job Description

We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team as Process Associates – Medical Billing. The role involves processing healthcare billing information, reviewing insurance and patient details, handling claims, and maintaining accurate billing records.

Key Responsibilities

• Process medical billing and insurance claims accurately.
• Review patient, insurance, and billing information.
• Enter and update data in billing systems.
• Verify claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and correct billing errors and discrepancies.
• Handle claim rejections and denials as required.
• Maintain billing documents and records.
• Follow healthcare data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
• Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.
• Work effectively during the night shift.

Eligibility & Skills

• Any Degree
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good typing and data-entry skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of medical terminology is an added advantage
• Previous experience in US Medical Billing/Healthcare is an advantage
