We are looking for motivated professionals to join our growing US Healthcare RCM team as a Process Associate – Medical AR.

*Job Role*

The *Process Associate – Medical AR* will be responsible for handling US medical accounts receivable, following up with insurance companies on outstanding claims, resolving claim-related issues, and ensuring timely reimbursement.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Make outbound calls to US insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.

* Follow up on pending, denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.

* Check claim status and identify reasons for payment delays, denials, or rejections.

* Communicate with insurance representatives to resolve outstanding accounts.

* Maintain accurate records of claim follow-ups and account updates.

* Review and work on assigned AR accounts and aging.

* Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims.

* Identify and escalate issues that require further action.

* Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.

* Maintain confidentiality of patient and billing information.

* Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
