- Data and Transaction Processing: Enter data into software systems, process invoices or applications, and manage work queues accurately.
- Workflow Monitoring: Track daily deliverables and ensure tasks meet the required Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Quality and Compliance: Follow strict company protocols and flag any data errors, production flaws, or compliance risks.
- Communication: Coordinate with clients or other departments via email, chat, or calls to resolve bottlenecks and answer inquiries.
