Role & responsibilities

• Monitor daily workflows and ensure operational processes are followed across teams.

• Track compliance with internal SOPs, policies, and business processes.

• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and operational bottlenecks.

• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.

• Ensure efficient execution of day-to-day operational activities.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth process flow.

• Prepare operational reports, compliance trackers, and performance summaries.

• Conduct periodic audits and reviews of workflow adherence.

• Support management in standardizing and optimizing operational procedures.

• Assist in documenting and updating SOPs and process guidelines.
