We are looking for Customer Service Executives to engage with global customer service. The role involves handling international clients, promoting customer satisfaction, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Role & responsibilities :

• Engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats.
• Explain products and services effectively to clients.
• Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Handle objections, resolve queries, and build long-term client relationships.
• Required Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).

Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.

• Undergrad/Graduate both can apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Basic computer knowledge
