Process Auditor

• Plan, schedule, and conduct internal process audits across departments
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely implementation and closure of audit findings.
• Customer Experience and Complaint analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvement initiatives and risk mitigation strategies
• Identify process loopholes, recommend risk aversion measures, and suggest cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain open communication with management and audit committees to discuss findings and recommendationsAttention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Finding of observations/ area of improvements and implementation of improvements
• Continuously monitor changes in regulations, industry best practices, and internal business processes.
• Assist in maintaining audit documentation, logs, and records in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• .Good communication and presentation skills, ability to connect well with the different team leads and Top Management

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
