Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience in driving transformation initiatives.

This internship offers exposure to real business projects involving process automation, AI applications, workflow optimization, and project management. You will work closely with experienced professionals and have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and documenting business processes for automation opportunities.

• Support the development, testing, and implementation of process automation solutions.

• Explore and evaluate AI tools and technologies that can improve operational efficiency.

• Conduct process mapping, data analysis, and workflow reviews.

• Participate in project planning, tracking, and coordination activities.

• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and status reports.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.

• Assist in user testing, training, and adoption of new digital solutions.

• Research emerging technologies and recommend potential use cases for the organization.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and transformation projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong interest in data analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets accurately.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
