Process Chemistry Excellence Professional - API R&D

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Process Chemistry Excellence - API R&D expert at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process chemistry and experience in API R&D.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement new processes for API production, ensuring high-quality products and increased efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to develop and validate new processes.
• Troubleshoot issues with existing processes and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process chemistry, preferably in API R&D.
• Strong knowledge of chemical principles, process development, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with laboratory equipment and analytical techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
