Process Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational processes.
• Follow up with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain proper records, documentation, and process-related data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Track work progress and identify delays or process-related issues.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Accounts, Sales, HR, and other departments.
• Ensure proper flow of information between relevant teams.
• Follow up on pending activities and provide regular status updates to management.
• Maintain process schedules, trackers, and MIS reports.
• Identify gaps in processes and communicate them to the concerned department.
• Ensure that company procedures and process guidelines are followed.
• Support management in improving coordination and operational efficiency.
• Perform other coordination and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to maintain and analyze data and prepare reports.

Qualification

**Graduate in any discipline.**Candidates with relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or industrial companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
