PROCESS COACH - CODING

We are looking for a skilled Process Coach to join our team in Bangalore, with 2-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coding and excellent coaching skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Provide coaching and training to team members on new processes and procedures.
• Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of processes and make recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of new processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes.
