- 'The candidate must possess prior experience of the following
- i) Leading engagements around Internal Controls/ SOX advisory, implementation, testing, refresh, transformation and optimization
- ii) Sectors worked upon- Banks, NBFCs, Fintech Companies for at least last 3 years
- iii) Well versed with technical literature/guidance on IFC, COSO, SOX, IFCoFR and general industry practices
- iv) Managed a team of 4-6 individuals
- v) Preparing proposals/flyers, detailed reports and other documentation
- Previous work-ex (Preferable): Big 6 OR Industry- Banks and NBFCs
