PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:

Ø Implement standard controls across all processes to ensure seamless mass production.

Ø Track output parameters to detect abnormalities early, resolve machining defects at the root cause, and update control systems to eliminate scrap.

Ø Track process capability to detect line abnormalities, execute corrections for gear precision, and lead RCAs to systematically prevent nonconformance.

Ø Draft, establish, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process maps to enforce consistent operational execution.

Qualifications:

Ø Graduate of Mechanical Engineering

Ø Skills in QC tools and techniques

Ø Know how to create FMEA, MSR, DRBFM, OPL, Sub Pro, WI, PMP, PCPF, EI, I/O

Ø With good communication skills

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
