PROCESS CONTROL PLANNER

Job Purpose:

• Managing batch sheet, formulation accuracy and effective production scheduling by considering process time for operation and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review production schedules and analyse process times to optimize machine/resources capacity.
2. Create the Batch Sheet for each production product as per approved formulation and method.
3. Working together with Production Process Engineer on the batch sheet optimization related to process control & resource efficiency.
4. Generate and evaluate process data by monthly basis for scheduling improvement.
5. Register new product/formulation by registering Bill of Operation (BOO), Resources, Operations in EPICOR System.
6. Analyse and review BOO for all products twice a year or as and when require, and update in system to ensure accuracy between standard and actual process and time.
7. Create, review & release EPICOR Job Entry by using the data received from Master Production Planning and ensure the BOO, Material and batch size are accurate before handover to Operation Team.
8. Assist in daily operational issue related to process planning.
9. Monitor and control inventory levels against agreed target level for finished goods.
10. Responsible to ensure all product/mp short are well managed and maintained accurately in the system.
11. Responsible to comply and co-operate on company HSSE instruction, rules and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or proven experience in production planning within the chemical manufacturing industry.
• Fresh graduates or minimum of 1 year of experience in related fields are preferable.
