Process Controller

Job Title: Process Controller ( preferred married women) PRNEEL Engineering is a dynamic and growing automobile engineering company and manufacturing facility committed to precision, quality, and operational excellence. We are looking for a dedicated Process Controller to oversee, monitor, and optimize our manufacturing and production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to top-tier quality standards.

Position Summary

As a Process Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring industrial production processes, adjusting parameters to maintain product quality, and ensuring that machinery and assembly lines operate smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the production and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks, maintain safety protocols, and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Monitoring & Control: Continuously monitor production lines, machinery outputs, and operating parameters to ensure adherence to production schedules and specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct routine quality checks and inspections on manufactured components to detect defects early and ensure they meet strict engineering standards.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks, equipment malfunctions, or process inefficiencies quickly and coordinate with maintenance teams for prompt resolution.
• Data Logging & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of production output, material usage, equipment performance, and downtime events; generate periodic reports for management.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to plant safety guidelines, OSHA/industrial regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the factory floor.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend process adjustments and workflow optimizations to enhance productivity, reduce material waste, and lower operational costs.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of experience as a Process Controller, Production Operator, or in a similar role within a manufacturing, heavy engineering, or automotive component plant.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems and automated machinery is a strong plus.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, and schematic diagrams.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail and a data-driven approach to troubleshooting.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively across shift teams and departments.
