Process Controller

Company Description Airysole is a leading manufacturer of lightweight PU (Polyurethane) soles, including outsoles, midsoles, insoles, footbeds, cork footbeds, and gel heel pads. The company specializes in producing PU soles in almost any design and color, supporting complex requirements for diverse footwear brands. With five production lines across two units spanning 63,000 square feet, Airysole produces approximately 4.5 million pairs of PU soles annually using state-of-the-art Italian technology. Its high-quality products serve as reliable bases for footwear and support many leading brands in India and internationally. Airysole has developed over 600 sole designs for global brands such as Red Chief, colehaan, geox, josef seibel, Hush Puppies and others.

Role Description The Process Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling production processes to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in PU sole manufacturing. This full-time, on-site role is based in ranipet and involves overseeing process parameters, coordinating with production and quality teams, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Day-to-day tasks include tracking production metrics, analyzing deviations, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role also involves clear documentation of process changes, effective communication with cross-functional teams, and support for continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong process-focused capabilities, including Process Control and Operations Management skills that enable effective monitoring and optimization of manufacturing activities.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate process data, identify root causes of issues, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams and to document processes and findings.
• Experience with Quality Control practices to maintain product standards, support inspections, and ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements.
• Freshers are welcome. Normal graduates can also apply.
• Ability to work on-site in ranipet, manage multiple priorities, and respond promptly to operational challenges.
