What they need
- .Job Summary
We are seeking a highly systematic, analytical, and organized Process Coordinator to join our operations and business transformation team at our Joo Koon manufacturing hub. In this role, you will serve as the core operational bridge responsible for monitoring, auditing, and optimizing cross-departmental manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain workflows. Working closely with engineering leads, warehouse supervisors, and technical procurement teams, you will track system transactions, identify operational bottlenecks, and enforce rigorous standard operating procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will combine strong structural logic with clear communication skills to maximize production throughput, maintain absolute data integrity, and ensure zero operational downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Tracking & Optimization: Monitor, document, and evaluate end-to-end industrial workflows—spanning material procurement, inventory dispatch, and production lines—to eliminate inefficiencies.
- Transaction Auditing: Audit and verify daily store, inventory, and logistics transactions within the enterprise system, ensuring complete accuracy against physical delivery orders (DOs).
- SOP Enforcement: Guide cross-functional site teams in implementing organizational policies, safety regulations, and quality management standards (such as ISO frameworks).
- Bottleneck Analysis: Track operational key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze service delivery or manufacturing backlogs, and propose actionable scaling solutions to management.
- Cross-Departmental Liaison: Act as a central communication link between front-office account teams, warehouse coordinators, and technical engineering units to align project schedules.
- Compliance Documentation: Maintain precise physical and digital filing frameworks, compiling comprehensive compliance reports, equipment calibration records, and data logs for internal audits.
- Change Management Support: Assist with the internal deployment of new digital project tools or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules, coordinating staff training and data entry compliance.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: Prior experience (1–5 years) in process coordination, operations administration, project tracking, or workflow management within a manufacturing, heavy engineering, or industrial logistics sector is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: High competency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel for data metrics and tracking reports). Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or specialized inventory databases is a strong asset.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; professional telephone etiquette and an assertive yet collaborative stakeholder management style.
- Core Competencies: Outstanding structural logic, sharp attention to detail under tight project timelines, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and a resilient team-player mindset.
Pay: $2,883.74 - $11,511.30 per month
