Process Coordinator

URGENT HIRING - PROCESS COORDINATOR (IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED)

Location: Sector 37, Gurugram | Experience: 2-5 years | Full Time, In office

Role & responsibilities:

- Coordinate day-to-day production and operational processes across departments so that order timelines are met.

- Track order status, work-in-progress and dispatch schedules; follow up with production, quality and stores teams.

- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, daily reports and MIS in Excel.

- Coordinate with vendors, job workers and internal stakeholders for material movement and job cards.

- Identify process gaps and delays, escalate them on time and support corrective actions.

- Support internal audits and ensure adherence to defined process standards.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 2-5 years of experience in process, operations or production coordination; textile, apparel or manufacturing background preferred.

• Any graduate.

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and daily reporting.

• Strong coordination, follow-up and communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Well organised, detail oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidates based in or around Gurugram preferred. Immediate joiners will be given first preference.
