Process Coordinator

Role & responsibilities :

• Coordinate & monitor day-to-day operational processes to ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate with different departments & ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Track work progress, pending activities, & deadlines
• Prepare & maintain MIS reports,trackers,and process related documentation
• Identify process gaps,delays,or errors & escalate them to the concerned authority
• Maintain proper documentation & ensure timely filing of records
• Handle internal communication & coordination related to assigned processes

Preferred candidate profile :

• 3-5 years of experience in Process Coordination,Operations,Back Office, or any similar job role
• Good knowledge of MS Excel,MS Office, and Google Sheets
• Experience in preparing reports and maintain trackers
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Good follow-up and coordination abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Organized, Proactive, and comfortable working with different departments
