Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all assigned processes and requests through the FMS platform.
• Ensure timely creation, submission, processing, and closure of FMS requests.
• Coordinate with respective departments and stakeholders for pending approvals and actions.
• Track the status of ongoing FMS processes and ensure there are no unnecessary delays.
• Follow up with concerned team members for pending tasks, approvals, and documentation.
• Verify that required information and documents are properly submitted before processing requests.
• Maintain accurate records and trackers of FMS activities, pending requests, and completed processes.
• Escalate delayed or critical processes to the concerned authority for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Management, HR, Finance, Purchase, IT, Admin, and other departments as required.
• Ensure that processes are completed in accordance with company policies and defined timelines.
• Prepare regular MIS/reports related to FMS activities and process status.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to make the FMS workflow more efficient.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents handled through the FMS.
• Support in implementing and maintaining standardized processes across departments.
