Process Coordinator

Location: Pune (on-site)
Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years as a coordinator
Reports to: Managing Director

Role Summary

The Process Coordinator keeps our systems running. You will drive the processes set up during the Workshop, follow up with team members until the work is done, and escalate delays to the MD.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up daily with staff on their tasks in all systems created during the Workshop
• Make sure tasks and updates are entered on time and the trackers stay current
• Track deadlines and pending items, and send reminders before work becomes overdue
• Escalate delays and repeated non-compliance to the MD with clear facts
• Prepare simple daily and weekly status reports in Excel
• Keep records of follow-ups and outcomes

Skills and Requirements

• Working knowledge of Excel (filters, sorting, basic formulas, simple reports)
• Clear, polite and persistent communication, in person and on calls and messages
• Well organised, with attention to detail
• Comfortable following up firmly without being rude
• Good written and spoken English and Hindi/Marathi
• No domain experience needed (manufacturing, trading, etc.). We will train you.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
