Role Overview

The Process Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring end-to-end operational processes related to manufacturing and export activities. The role ensures smooth workflow, timely execution of orders, accurate reporting, and effective coordination between internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational processes to ensure smooth manufacturing and export of handcrafted glassware products.

Track orders from production to dispatch, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Prepare, update, and maintain MIS reports, order status reports, and performance dashboards for management review.

Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and packaging supplies.

Identify process gaps and support implementation of improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, logistics, and export documentation.

Maintain accurate documentation related to production processes, reports, vendor communication, and operational records.

Address operational issues proactively and escalate concerns to senior management when required.

Use MS Excel and other office tools for data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization.

Basic understanding of manufacturing/export processes

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
