Process Coordinator

A Process Coordinator oversees, standardizes, and improves day-to-day operational workflows and procedures across an organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Process Monitoring: Track routine workflows and ensure teams follow established company policies and checklists.

* Data Management: Prepare regular MIS reports, maintain trackers, and log operational metrics using MS Excel or Google Sheets.

* Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a central bridge between departments to resolve bottlenecks, answer procedural questions, and pass on vital updates.

* Documentation: Keep records, process flowcharts, and procedural manuals updated and compliant.

* Follow-ups & Escalations: Flag delays or errors to management and follow up with respective team members to meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, or a related field.

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and basic data analysis.

* Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active problem-solving, organizational aptitude, and keen attention to detail.

* Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years in administration, operations, MIS reporting, or back-office coordination, though entry-level trainee positions are open to fresh graduates.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
