What they need
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct daily spot checks on store and HQ checklists
- Verify that each department head has signed off on their team's daily tasks
- Identify and document SOP deviations with evidence
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant GM/manager within 24 hours
- Coordinate between departments when a process requires cross-functional action
- Maintain the master SOP compliance tracker (updated daily)
- Support new SOP rollouts—training coordination, documentation
- Prepare weekly SOP compliance report for MD
- Conduct monthly deep-dive audits for all departments
- Suggest process improvements based on observed gaps
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
