Key Responsibilities Process Coordinator

• Coordinate with QProduction, uality, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance, Dispatch and other departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor daily production plans and follow up on production status.
• Prepare and maintain daily production and process-related reports.
• Track material availability, production schedules and dispatch requirements.
• Ensure production activities are carried out as per planned schedules and procedures.
• Coordinate with concerned departments for resolving production/process-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation, records and MIS reports.
• Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely closure.
• Monitor process delays, rejections and other operational issues and report them to the concerned department.
• Support the Production/Operations team in improving process efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
