Process Coordinator – Jewellery Showroom

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Process Coordinator to manage and monitor day-to-day operational processes of the jewellery showroom. The role will involve coordinating between departments, tracking tasks and customer-related processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of assigned activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Inventory, Repair and other departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of daily processes.
• Track customer orders, repairs, deliveries, follow-ups and pending tasks, ensuring commitments are completed within the required timelines.
• Maintain and update process records, trackers and reports using MS Excel, Google Sheets or ERP systems.
• Monitor pending activities, identify delays or process gaps, and escalate important issues to the management.
• Ensure proper documentation and handover of jewellery, orders and other operational activities as per company procedures.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS and process status reports for management and support continuous improvement of showroom processes.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different departments.
• Proactive approach with good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in jewellery, retail or showroom operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
