Process Coordinator

Job Summary

The Process Coordinator will play a key role in managing the complete sales order process using SAP. The role involves preparing customer quotations, processing sales orders, coordinating with procurement, warehouse and logistics teams, maintaining accurate system records, and ensuring timely order execution while delivering excellent customer support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Order Processing, Customer Service, or Sales Support.
• Experience using SAP (preferably SAP SD module) is highly preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, engineering, aerospace, automotive, or metal industries is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Good understanding of sales order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer orders simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
