Process Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day processes, track assigned tasks, follow up with team members and ensure timely execution. The role requires strong coordination, follow-up and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with staff and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Track implementation of systems and processes introduced by management.
• Monitor task progress and identify delays or execution gaps.
• Maintain task trackers, follow-up records and regular status updates.
• Coordinate between departments/team members for smooth execution.
• Escalate delays, non-compliance and unresolved issues to the MD.
• Support management in ensuring effective implementation of processes.
• Prepare basic reports and updates using MS Excel.

Candidate Profile

• Fresher to 2 years of experience in coordination/operations preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong follow-up and task-tracking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized and responsible.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different team members.
• Candidates residing within approximately 45 minutes of the office preferred.
• Female candidates preferred.
