Job Description – Process Coordinator

Overview: VS Studio, a leading premium photography studio in Kolkata, is looking for a Processoordinator with about 2-4 years of experience to join our team. This position requires a strong blend of leadership, organizational skills, and media industry knowledge.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Oversight – Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the media company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.

2. Team Leadership – Lead and motivate a team of operations staff, setting clear goals and expectations, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

3. Compliance and Regulations – Ensure the company's operations adhere to relevant industry regulations and standards.

4. Reporting and Analysis – Provide regular reports and analysis on operational performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

5. Making Checkpoints and Maintaining Deadlines – Make checkpoints and maintain deadlines to ensure smooth and timely completion of all projects.

6. Person of Authority Who Holds the Team Accountable – Act as the person of authority who holds the team accountable for their responsibilities, performance and deadlines.

7. Resource Allocation of Freelancers and Other Vendors Based on Need and Timelines and Album Delivery – Manage the resource allocation of freelancers and other vendors based on project requirements and timelines, and ensure timely album delivery.

8. Post-Production Coordination – Coordinate the workflow after completion of the wedding/event shoot, ensuring proper handover of photographs, videos and other project data to the post-production team.

9. Editing and Designing Coordination – Coordinate with editors, album designers, retouchers and other post-production teams to ensure all assigned work is completed according to project requirements and timelines.

10. Quality Control – Monitor the quality of photographs, videos, albums and other deliverables and ensure necessary corrections are completed before final delivery to the client.

11. Project Tracking – Maintain proper records and trackers for all ongoing projects, including editing, designing, album production and other pending deliverables.

12. Client Delivery Management – Ensure all final deliverables, including photographs, videos, reels, albums and prints, are completed and delivered to the client within the committed timeline.

13. Workload Management – Monitor the workload of internal teams, freelancers and vendors and distribute work according to project priorities, requirements and delivery timelines.

14. Issue Resolution and Escalation – Identify delays, bottlenecks and operational issues and take appropriate action to resolve them, escalating critical issues to management when required.

15. Process Improvement – Identify gaps in the existing workflow and recommend improvements to make the post-production and delivery process more efficient and organised.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business management, media production, or a related field; master's degree is a plus. - Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the media industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Proficiency in using media production tools and software. - Budgeting and financial management expertise. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic media environment. – Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.

Experience – 3 to 5 years
Budget – 20-25 K /month

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
