Process Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to streamline day-to-day operational activities and ensure effective cross-functional coordination. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in reporting, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage order processing and dispatch coordination.
• Prepare and track quotations and related documentation.
• Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate MIS, CRM records, and operational data.
• Follow up on pending orders and outstanding payments.
• Support smooth execution of business processes.
• Assist in resolving customer queries in coordination with concerned teams.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical wires, cables, or related products.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Experience working with CRM/ERP systems.
• Good follow-up and multitasking ability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in coordination/operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
