1. Job Summary

A Process Coordinator in the sweets industry is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the complete production process, ensuring that sweets are manufactured according to quality standards, production targets, hygiene requirements, and delivery schedules.

The role involves coordinating with production workers, quality control (QC), stores, maintenance, packaging, and dispatch departments to ensure smooth factory operations and minimize wastage.

2. Key Roles and Responsibilities

A. Production Planning and Coordination

• Coordinate daily production activities according to the production plan.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled time.
• Monitor the manufacturing process for products such as bhaji box for weddings.
• Allocate work to operators and production workers.
• Coordinate with supervisors to resolve production delays and bottlenecks.

B. Raw Material Management

• Coordinate with the stores and purchase departments for material availability.
• Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Verify material requirements according to production plans and recipes.

C. Packaging and Dispatch Coordination

• Coordinate with the packaging team to ensure correct packing, labelling, batch coding, and product weights.
• Ensure finished products are transferred to storage or dispatch under the required conditions.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to meet delivery schedules.
• Monitor shelf-life and storage requirements for different sweet products.

Qualification

• Any Graduate Degree from renowned College/University.

Experience

• 2 to 3years of relevant experience in FMCG as a process coordinator.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
