机加工方案设计师 / Process Designer

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： Based on customer's Drawings and Specifications, the Engineer is to design a manufacturing process to meet the production out put and quality requirements.

Produce Conceptional Fixture and Cutting Tool design and the cycle time estimate.

Define the appropriate Machine and Options.

Review the Customer's Quality Control requirements including Spc.

Take part in the process to confirm Feasibility of the proposed process.

Take part in cost estimation.

Consultation with customer.

Solicit quotations for Fixtures and Cutting tools together with SWA Purchasing Department.

Consult with vendors to insure the functionality of the design of purchased items.

To manage the Design Approval processes with Vendors and Customers.

To institute a "Generic" project plan, up on which our delivery committment to our customer is based on.

Carry out Pre-Acceptance of Fixtures & Cutting Tools.

任职要求： a Graduate Degree in Mechanical an/or Production Engineering. Process Engineering.

Technical Drawing, Dimensioning and Tolerancing.

The Functionality of work holding Devices.

Cutting Tool Technology.

The use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PPt, MS Project. CAD Software - Cathia & AutoCad.

Good Communication Skills.

Profficience in Understanding and Writing English.
