Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop processes for International Voice Process, Payroll Processing, Payment Processing, Banking Operations, Quality Analysis, Transaction Monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through quality audits and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to team members on new processes and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry or related field.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required; relevant certifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, payment processing, payroll processing, international voice process, transaction monitoring, OTC concepts.
