Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through international voice support.
• Respond to customer queries professionally and provide accurate resolutions.
• Understand customer requirements and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain high standards of communication, customer service, and process compliance.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Com graduation is mandatory.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in international voice/customer service/BPO processes can apply.
• Excellent spoken English and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in US night rotational shifts.
• Willingness to work from the Badshahpur location.
• Candidates should be customer-focused, confident, and professional.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Previous experience in an international voice process will be an advantage.
