Process Development Contractor

We are seeking a Process Development Contractor with 1–3 years of experience in medical devices to support process validation, equipment implementation, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles, validation methodologies, technical documentation, and manufacturing process optimization.

Key Skills

• Process validation: TMV, IMV, IQ, OQ, PQ, and PPQ; validation protocols and testing.
• Process development, equipment specification, acquisition, implementation, and suitability assessments.
• Design of experiments (DOE), data analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Manufacturing process optimization, tooling development, quality improvement, and equipment enhancement.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience; medical device experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Understanding of engineering principles, theories, concepts, practices, and techniques.
• Ability to analyze data, solve engineering problems, execute validations, and support compliant manufacturing processes.

Additional Skills

• Create and revise manufacturing documents, specifications, SOPs, safety instructions, validation protocols, risk assessments, and technical procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve materials, equipment, tooling, and processes.
• Support cross-functional initiatives involving continuous improvement, safety, and compliance.
• Provide process training and technical expertise in process development, tooling development, and validation.
• Present data to equipment teams and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
