Process Engineer (ALD/CVD/PVD)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate and develop new semiconductor processes and advanced materials for R&D applications.

2. Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot semiconductor process recipes on R&D equipment to achieve targeted process performance.

3. Prepare customer samples and support process demonstrations and evaluations.

4. Maintain accurate experimental records, analyze process data, and document technical results.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

2. Hands-on experience with PEALD and PECVD processes and their applications.

3. Strong knowledge of ALD process development, optimization, and product applications.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with customers.
