Process Engineer – Machine Shop

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer – Machine Shop to support manufacturing processes, process optimization, productivity improvement, and troubleshooting of machine shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, improve and standardize manufacturing processes in the machine shop.
• Analyze process issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Support production teams in troubleshooting machine and process-related problems.
• Improve productivity, process capability, quality and cycle time.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions and SOPs.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering teams.
• Support new product introduction and process development activities.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor process parameters and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing / machine shop environment.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial equipment.
• Experience in process improvement and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 5S will be an advantage.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
