Process Engineer / Asst. Manager (Pathumthani Site)

Working Day: Mon. - Fri. for Process Asst. Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan, control, and improve injection processes to achieve maximum efficiency.

2. Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate.

3. Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control program.

4. Design manpower plan that is suitable for the production plan.

5. Cooperate with Production, and Quality teams to improve processes and meet customer requirements.

6. Work with production managers to implement the company's policies and goals.

7. Collect and analysis data, putting together production reports to HOD

8. Maintain an overview of all assigned process and communicate the status to management

9. Support quality system activities in compliance with ISO / IATF 16949 or related standards.

10.Ensure compliance with factory safety regulations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Plastic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–10 years of experience in injection molding processes or process improvement.
• Knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, and plastic materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in quality and process issues.
• Fair communication in English to speaking, reading and writing
• Available to work on Saturdays
