Process Engineer (Battery Assembly)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the formulation of business and Key Performance Indicators decomposition, control and promotion of engine workshop product projects, assembly line construction projects, system construction, capacity improvement, etc.
• Formula and improve the standards, processes and systems such as cost control and process management.
• Responsible for synchronous engineering analysis of process design, manufacture ability adaptation analysis, and formulation of technical solutions.
• Design technical solutions, technical requirements and technical agreements for powertrain production lines, equipment, tools and tooling, and rectification of problems in the production process.
• Develop, verify, update, output and management of process documents, and supervise the daily process.
• Analysis engine process quality problems, the formulation of solutions, the verification of solutions, the closure of problems, the formation of a problem library that should be avoided and continuous improvement.
• According to the development trends of the industry and the requirements of professional development planning, responsible for the research and application promotion of new technologies, new processes and new materials.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in vehicle engine assembling, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of success in designing, troubleshooting, and improving general assembly production lines.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.  Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as CATIA, CAD, and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous quality assurance mindset.
• The ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication in English and Thai; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
