What they need
- Develop and optimize box build assembly processes to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI), pilot builds, and product transfers into production.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive root cause corrective actions.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and control plans.
- Monitor and improve manufacturing KPIs such as yield, cycle time, and scrap reduction.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
