About the Roles

EH SUCCESS SOLUTIONS SDN BHD is expanding its team and is currently hiring for the following positions:

• Process Engineer
• Buyer

PROCESS ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct process capability studies, process validations and process optimisation activities.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing issues, including process bottlenecks, defects and equipment-related problems.
• Work closely with production, quality and engineering teams to improve manufacturing performance.
• Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, process control plans and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to production employees.
• Analyse production data and prepare reports to monitor process performance.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably 3–5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of process design, process control, optimisation and validation.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen or other process improvement methods.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with process control systems, instrumentation and data analysis tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

BUYER / SENIOR BUYER

Responsibilities

• Source materials, negotiate prices and purchase supplies.
• Issue purchase orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Senior Buyer: Lead strategic sourcing, drive cost-saving initiatives and manage key supplier relationships and negotiations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Buyer: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Senior Buyer: 2–4 years of relevant purchasing or sourcing experience.
• Good communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
