Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct root cause investigation of issues in fabrication (from lab scale to roll-to-roll).
• Perform detailed technical analysis and recommend corrective/preventive measures.
• Provide technical reports, documentation, and solution proposals to management.
• Liaise with the operational team and external suppliers/vendors to ensure issues are resolved efficiently; occasional travel outside Hong Kong may be required.
• Support implementation and testing of products performance, physical properties, stability of the products etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Energy Systems, Chemical Engineering or related field; or relevant working experience.
• Strong experience in R&D process management, and technical laboratory operations within Hong Kong's deep-tech sector.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under tight timelines.
