Work Experience

• 1 year or above in relevant field

Education Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronic / Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, or related fields

Language Requirements

• Fluent in Malay & English
• This role involves communication in Mandarin (to communicate with colleague from Taiwan)

Job Description

1. Responsible for daily data pulling and PO data pulling
2. Introduction to production line SFIS and the meaning or handling of daily SFIS errors
3. Responsible for preparation of shipping data and PO switching
4. Responsible for system maintenance (SO, ACC, pallet merging) serial code item feature maintenance
5. SFIS query knowledge teaching
6. Precautions for process control/ECN execution
7. Device application and setting
8. Improvement of exception analysis and handling

Other Requirements

• Proficient in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook]
• Familiar with the use of office software to prepare reports
• Applicants with experience in electronic products & in large companies are preferred;
• Good communication skills, ability to analyse and solve problems, and able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including day and night shifts, in alignment with company operating procedures.
