Process Engineer

Roles and Responsibility

• Design, develop, and implement new processes and equipment to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process operations.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a pharmaceutical or chemical plant.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering principles, including process design, development, and optimization.
• Experience with process simulation software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
