PROCESS ENGINEER

Develops and improves manufacturing processes, prepares process documentation and work instructions, analyzes production issues, supports process troubleshooting and improvement activities, and coordinates with Production, QA, Purchasing, and other departments. Performs basic costing and estimating of materials, labor, machine time, tooling, and other production requirements to support quotations, budgeting, and production planning.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

With experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or production is preferred.

Background with CNC Fabrication and machining costing, design, of DFM assembly

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process improvement, and production planning.

Basic knowledge of manufacturing costing, cost estimation, and cost analysis.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of CAD or relevant engineering software is an advantage.

Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing is an advantage.
