Process Engineer

We are seeking an aspiring Process Engineerto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will apply engineering principles to optimize operational processes, troubleshoot process related issues and develop work instructions for managing out-of-control procedures.

What you will be doing:

• Provide support to customers’ engineers on the development of process
• Develop new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products
• Coordinate design requirement review with appropriate engineering/scientific personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods
• Compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications
• Develop and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts, equipment automation technology, and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes
• Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot processes and integration problems

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Chemical/Materials Science Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing processes (wafer fabrication, photolithography, metrology and inspection), equipment operation and troubleshooting
• Knowledge in semiconductor chemical interactions with wafer materials
• Ability to analyze data sets using JMP, Minitlab and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings and process flow diagrams
• Basic programming knowledge in Python, SQL, MATLAB is a plus
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
• Highly motivated individual who works independently with minimal supervision
• Work within a cleanroom environment
