We are seeking a talented and experienced Process Engineer to join our team and enhance our production processes, focusing on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• To study process design and support new machine installation
• To support new machine set up, trial and evaluated by process capability
• To support new sample making for new model /Improvement case.
• New Model ,Process changing point control , Process improvement and defect analysis follow QCDS
• Process control document preparation (FMEA,PCS,Process Flow deiagram,Control plan and Project presentation summary report)
• Process design and line lay-out preparation
• Report project and improvement output to management
• Development new innovation for cost reduction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or electrical engineering
• At least 3 years in engineering.
• Experience working in project management, designing and building automation, improving production with time charts .
• Good computer skill (Microsoft office , Auto CAD , Solid Work)
• Familiar with CI tools (5S, Kaizen, Lean. Etc.)
