Role Purpose

Optimizing manufacturing systems to ensure stable, defect-free optical glass production.

What the role entails

(Key Responsibilities)

• Product Industrialization & Process improvement.
• Process variability reduction.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in glass quality.
• Problem-solving through DMAIC methodology.
• Engagement in both glass and fiber plants.
• Able to work as a CFT member on projects.
• Driving projects for process improvement and Scrap(Glass & Fiber) reduction.

• Six Sigma Green belt
• Superior in MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, MINITAB
