Process Engineer

Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement process improvement strategies
• Analyse production data to identify inefficiencies
• Design and test new production processes
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
• Coordinate with suppliers to optimize raw material usage
• Conduct risk assessments and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA)
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Prepare and present progress reports to management
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly
• Stay updated with the latest industry technologies
• Implement lean manufacturing principles

Process Engineer Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience with Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Semiconductor Assy processes is advantages
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in process engineering
• Ability to analyse complex data and develop actionable insights
• Strong interpersonal with effective communication skill
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Team work player
