制程工程师/Process Engineer

上班时间：8：30- 17：30 上班地址：厦门火炬高新区新丰路176号（小东山站附近） Job Responsibilities:

• Process development/improvement, defect analysis, quality/productivity improvement, cost reduction. 负责制程开发及改善，异常分析，质量及产量提升，成本节约项目；
• Use SolidWorks/Proe to design tooling, fixture and develop equipment to support production yield and capacity 使用Solidworks/Proe 绘图软件设计工治具，开发设备支援产线良率和效率提升；
• Introduce new product to mass production and follow up continue improvement. 负责新产品导入到量产项目，并持续跟进相关改善点；
• Optimize the layout, study line balance and process flow to enhance yield and capacity. 优化产线layout，研究线平衡及工艺流程，提高产品良率及产量；
• Develop and maintain process control documentation （WI, SOP, BOM, ECN, Labor hour…etc）. 开发及维护制程相关控制文件（包括WI, SOP, BOM, ECN, 工时等） Requirements:
• College degree, background in engineering .
• Good command of English.
• Over 4 years‘ experience in production manufacturing, have experience in using t tools such as SPC and MSA. Led cross-funcitional teams to drive project implemention.
